Today we enter into the great Three Days. It is the holiest three days of the church year, and it is a powerful time for us to reflect on what Christ did for us.

We start this evening with our Maundy Thursday service. At this service we will confess our sins and receive absolution via the proclamation and the laying on of hands. We then hear the story of Christ’s last supper, and partake of the meal ourselves. The service ends with the stripping of the altar and preparing ourselves for Good Friday.

We have two Good Friday services, at 1:00 and 7:00. The evening service is a Tenebrae service where we hear the last seven words of Christ that he spoke from the cross. It is a time of deep reflection.

Then on Sunday morning we celebrate the resurrection. At 6:30 am we experience the tomb being opened and new life being born at our Sunrise Service. We also have services at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00. In all of these services we celebrate the new life that is born on this amazing Easter day.

We hope you can join us for this powerful time of the year.

Blessings this holy season.
